Fall 2006 eHealthcare Award Gold
Silver Medal in Best Site Design
The eHealthcare Leadership Award is a prestigious honor given to web sites from across the country. Over 1,200 entries were received from healthcare organizations (large and small), online health companies, pharmaceutical firms, and business improvement vendor sites.

The Iowa Clinic P.C. was awarded the 2006 Silver Medal for Best Site Design. An independent panel of individuals familiar with healthcare and the Internet evaluated the entries. Web sites were rated based on a standard of Internet excellence and how they compared with others in their group classification.

Overall Internet Site
The Iowa Clinic P.C. was awarded the 2003 Silver Medal for Best Overall Internet Site in recognition of an outstanding healthcare web site for consumers and healthcare professionals. An independent panel of individuals familiar with healthcare and the Internet evaluated the entries. Web sites were rated based on a standard of Internet excellence and how they compared with others in their group classification.


World Wide Web Health Awards
The Iowa Clinic, P.C. has been recognized eight times since the fall of 1999 as a World Wide Web Health Award Winner. The World Wide Web Health Awards is a program that recognizes the best health-related websites for consumers and professionals. The awards program is held in the spring and fall of every year with the goal of providing a “seal of quality” for electronic health information. A panel of international health information and Internet experts judge the web sites over a four-week period.

The Iowa Clinic was awarded two gold medals in the Spring 2004 judging. Iowaclinic.com received a Gold Medal in the Health Promotion/Disease & Injury Prevention category and a Gold Medal in the Patient Education Information category.
