Board Certified Specialists 

At The Iowa Clinic, all of our physicians are board certified or board eligible in their medical specialty.* Board certification is important because it means your doctor has done the following:

• Graduated from an accredited medical school
• Completed an approved internship and residency training in his/her specialty area
• Practiced a minimum of two years after graduation, and passed extensive written and oral exams in his/her specialty area.

*Our Allergists are board certified otolaryngologists certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
