West Lakes Expansion Project Complete  

After nearly a year and a half of construction, The Iowa Clinic has opened its doors to a new 85,000 square foot expansion of its West Lakes Campus.

With the additional square feet the West Lakes Campus has grown from 85,000 to nearly 175,000 square feet, allowing for the Clinic to introduce new services such as Urology and Pulmonology to the West Des Moines location.  In addition to the new services that will be offered, the Cardiology, Internal Medicine and Medical Imaging departments have expanded their services at the West Lakes Campus. 

The Iowa Clinic West Lake Campus will also be home to the West Lakes Sleep Center.  The Sleep Center is the first in Central Iowa to be designed and built as a state-of-the-art sleep center from the ground up.  To best accommodate the patients, the Sleep Center features eight private rooms to help patients feel at home and comfortable during their sleep study.

The Iowa Clinic will continue to keep offices for Dermaoloty, Medical Imaging, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Colorectal Surgery, General Surgery and Neurological & Spinal Surgery at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, as well as the Vascular and Colorectal Surgery offices at Mercy Medical Center.
