The main campus for The Iowa Clinic is located at 5950 University Avenue in West Des Moines. We also have offices located throughout the Metro and outreach clinics in more than a dozen Central Iowa communities. If you are an established patient and would like to request an appointment online, please click here. If you are a new patient, you must call your providers office to schedule your first visit.
The appointment request feature is available through MyHealth. This online tool keeps you connected with your provider and our practice. The MyHealth record is a secure and confidential online personal health record that you maintain and control.
