About Molly Gross, MD

Molly Gross, MD joined The Iowa Clinic in 2017 after moving back home from Utah to be closer to her family in Beaverdale. She chose colorectal surgery because of mentors in medical school and residency who showed her the great parts of being a colorectal surgeon. She enjoys the diversity and wide variety of cases colorectal surgery has to offer. The most rewarding part of her job is helping people feel comfortable talking about something they are uncomfortable talking about.

In her free time, Dr. Gross enjoys camping and hiking with her husband and twin girls, running with her friends, working cattle with her father, and growing veggies in her garden. If she was not a physician, she might have been a farmer or a gardener.
