About Melissa Ehm Pote, DO
Melissa Ehm Pote, DO joined The Iowa Clinic in 2012 after moving to central Iowa to be closer to her family. After spending time in the front office of a family medicine clinic, she knew she wanted to go into healthcare. She chose family medicine after completing her rotations in medical school, where she saw all the variety family medicine had to offer, and that no two days are the same.
Outside of work, Dr. Ehm Pote enjoys reading and spending time with her family. If she wasn't a physician, she might have been an author.
