About Brian Rundall, D.O.
During the interview process, Dr. Rundall’s meeting with our CEO is what sealed the deal for him when selecting The Iowa Clinic, “Ed Brown insisted that he and I both discuss this opportunity with my wife, because of the impact it will have on her as well, and he drove us both to meet her. This had a huge impact upon us and we gained significant trust,” he says. As for why he chose cardiothoracic surgery, during residency he participated in a heart surgery and knew it felt like home - he’s never looked back. His free time consists of three things: family time, church time and some occasional personal time. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, writing his son in Chile, helping organize youth and scouting activities at church, exercising, and fixing a 1978 Land Cruiser with his children.
