- Mammography (depending on coverage, age and date of last visit)
- Advanced Treadmill Stress Echo Test
- Dexa Scan for Bone Density (depending on coverage, age & sex and date of last visit)
- Cardiac CT for Calcium Scoring
- Spirometry
- Comprehensive hearing screening
- Dermatology screening
- Executive physical exam
- Pre-visit Consultations, Health History and Immunization Abstraction
- Physician Consultation Review
- Additional Services that are not considered “Core Services”
- Health Coaching Resources and Goals Review
- Executive Health Private Suite, Amenities & Concierge Services
The Executive Physical price is $4,400. A final invoice for any remaining patient responsibility amounts will be mailed directly to the patient after all claims have been processed through insurance. Please note insurance processing can take up to 60 days to complete before a final statement is generated.
