From a browser on your computer

If you connect from your computer, make sure you have a camera and a high-speed connection. Web-based consults require Google Chrome or Firefox.

From your smartphone or device

If you connect from your mobile device, make sure you have a camera and data (standard data rates apply) or high-speed wifi connection. Mobile-based consults require Google Chrome if on Android and Safari on iPhone. 

How it works

  • Each visit is up to 15 minutes.
  • Virtual visits are available during normally scheduled clinic hours and by appointment only for specialty providers.
  • The Iowa Clinic will bill the insurance you have on file. If you have no insurance, you will be financially responsible for your visit.
