Annual Physical Extended Hours

The Iowa Clinic makes it easy for you to earn your Healthy Lifestyles incentive by completing your annual physical by October 31.

We offer convenient extended hours in West Des Moines and Ankeny to fit your busy schedule, or you can schedule an appointment that works for you during our normal clinic hours.

Extended Hours for Hy-Vee Employees:

• Thursday, September 17, 4:30pm-7pm
• Saturday, September 26, 8am-12pm
• Thursday, October 1, 4:30pm-7pm
• Saturday, October 10, 8am-12pm
• Thursday, October 15, 4:30pm-7pm
• Saturday, October 24, 8am-12pm
