Payment Options
Because cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance companies, we offer the following as payment options for your Medical Spa services and procedures (we do not accept American Express):
Refund Policy
The Iowa Clinic Medical Spa adheres to the following policies & procedures regarding Refunds.
Product Refunds
There are no refunds on opened products or unopened unless a medically proven allergic reaction is determined by a physician. At which time, the product needs to be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Service Refunds
There are no cash/credit back refunds. If management determines that compensation is appropriate, the client will receive an in-house gift card for an estimated dollar amount. Service providers are not permitted to grant refunds at any time.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another party for use at The Iowa Clinic Medical Spa. Any lost or stolen gift cards are non-refundable.
