The Iowa Clinic Physical Therapy Department utilizes MedBridge, a video app that will provide exercise demonstrations, automatic reminders, track progress and count out exercise duration.

Your Physical Therapist can manipulate individual exercise programs remotely and update your exercise plan through communication in our secure patient portal, FollowMyHealth.
