About Evan Olson, MD, FACOG

Dr. Olson is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who provides comprehensive women's health care with an interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. He believes excellent care begins with listening to patients, understanding their goals, and helping them make informed decisions about their treatment.

Dr. Olson evaluates and manages a range of gynecologic concerns. Depending on each patient's needs, treatment options may include hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, myomectomy, and hysterectomy. He works with patients to understand the benefits, risks, alternatives, and expected recovery associated with each treatment option, with the goal of developing an individualized care plan.

He grew up in Minneapolis, MN and attended Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE. He met wife Jordan during medical school and proposed at the end of his final year of medical school. The two moved to Winston-Salem, NC to complete his residency at Wake Forest. Outside of work, Dr. Olson enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, exercising, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings.
