About Brittan McKinney, PA-C
Brittan "Britt" McKinney, PA-C joined The Iowa Clinic Cardiology department after working in a Trauma & Critical Care position since 2022. Having been a scribe for Iowa Clinic providers in previous years, Britt admired their dedication to patient care and willingness to teach.
The complexity and challenges that come along with Cardiology is what Britt loves most. Playing a part in patient recoveries from significant illnesses is one of the most rewarding parts for Britt.
Outside of work, Britt enjoys spending time with her husband and dog. She also spends her time traveling, practicing yoga, reading, spending time outdoors, and trying new local restaurants and breweries. If Britt wasn’t a provider, she would own a coffee shop or flower farm.
