The Iowa Clinic Employer Health Services program offers a variety of options for your company. Below is a list, but our team is willing to consider any idea you have related to your company’s health and needs.
What is a high performance network? The employer designs their benefit health plan to incentivize employees with a lower copay to see an Iowa Clinic provider. If an employee chooses to see a provider outside of The Iowa Clinic, the employee will pay a higher copay.

Through the convenience of online video, we provide consultations to answer medical questions, diagnose illnesses and evaluate injuries right from the convenience of your own computer.

A pre-employment physical ensures your new hire is physically capable of performing the duties that will be associated with their job. It will also determine a baseline for your employees at the time of employment so you can keep track of changes in their health.
Our licensed medical providers can provide DOT exams. The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires a DOT physical typically every two years to ensure that "safety sensitive" commercial vehicle drivers are in good health to safely perform their jobs. A DOT physical consists of detailed health history form, physical exam of hearing, vision, blood pressure and other health indicators and urinalysis.
