About Brittany Blythe, ARNP
Iowa native and nurse practitioner Brittany Blythe chose Family Medicine because she loved the constant variety of patients she experienced in an emergency department setting but also wanted to see and engage with patients as part of follow up and preventative care. From infants to elderly patients, preventative care, weight loss and treating chronic conditions, she enjoys it all. Brittany is also extremely passionate about mental health care and treats anxiety, depression, insomnia, and ADD/ADHD.
Brittany joined The Iowa Clinic because she wanted to join a practice where decisions are made by providers directly caring for patients. The Clinic holds a very high standard for quality of care and patient experience that all patients deserve. What Brittany finds most rewarding about her job is being able to help, develop trust and offer support to patients as they change their lifestyle, both physically and mentally — and experience their highest highs or lowest lows.
In her free time, Brittany enjoys small-town life where she can often be found outdoors — whether fishing, boating, hunting, golfing or hanging out on her porch with husband Todd, children Jace and Kaylin, and their two golden retrievers.
