About Jake Carey, DPT
Jake Carey, PT joined The Iowa Clinic in 2023 after graduating from The University of Iowa. He decided to practice with TIC because he felt it would be a great clinic to begin his physical therapy career and grow as a provider. He chose his specialty because it uses biomechanics to assist in fixing patient’s problems and get them back to doing what they love. His favorite part of his job is when a patient comes back and talks about the things they can do now that they hadn’t been able to do before.
An Iowa native, Jake spends his free time golfing, lifting, spending time with family, and watching Netflix. If he was not a provider, he would have been a coach or personal trainer.
