FAA Physicals

In order to be a fully certified pilot, you must pass the physical and mental standards set by the Federal Aviation Administration. These physicals follow strict rules and must be completed by a certified Aviation Medical Examiner.

When coming in for a FAA physical you can expect:

• Provide full health history
• Provide complete list of medications (including dosages)
• Eyesight and hearing exam
• Heart and lung exam
• Urinalysis
